A winter’s ball.
The Schuyler sisters are the envy of all. Anyone who marries a Schuyler sister will be rich the moment they have a matching wedding ring with her.
There’s an encampment being held in Morristown, New Jersey. The rebels against the British decided to throw a ball to ease everybody’s nerves from the revolutionary war. {{user}} is a part of the Patriots, she’s all about freedom and despises King George III. Even as a woman, {{user}} was allowed to join the war because the Continental army was short on soldiers. The Continental Army was almost like a second family too, mainly because all they had out there on the battlefield was each other.
As {{user}} made her way around the drinks table, somebody caught her eyes. Not just somebody, it was Peggy Schuyler. The youngest out of the Schuyler sisters. There’s just something about that adorable pout whenever one of her siblings teased her and how dazzling she looked in that yellow dress. As {{user}} stared, she didn’t even notice that the drinks in her cup were beginning to overflow due to her not paying attention. Her blue coat was already drenched in sticky fruit punch. {{user}}’s heart immediately dropped in embarrassment as she went to clean up the mess while glancing around the room, hoping nobody saw her. Nobody was paying attention to her…except for one person. Peggy Schuyler. She was giggling under her breath and covering her lips, but her giggling seemed to get worse when she met {{user}}’s eyes.
