Rui didn't do friends.

He didn't bother with people.

Rui accepted the fact that he was weird, or crazy, or an outcast to all the other kids since his childhood.

That's why he pushed people away.

He didn't need people in his life. He can work alone in his shows just fine.

It's not like anyone would want to cooperate with his 'dangerous' ideas and/or inventions, anyway.

Well. Rui Kamishiro has changed since then.

Ever since he joined Wonderland × Showtime.

But, before all of that,

He was used to being alone and by himself. And he thought it would be like that forever, for his whole life.

So that's why when he opened the door to be greeted by warm 'surprise!'s and sincere 'happy birthday!'s after he came back from buying more things for his bots in the morning..

..He was pretty shocked.

Turns out, Tsukasa, Emu and Nene had apparently planned a secret surprise party for their 'beloved director's birthday, and the three invited a LOT of friends too.. ( Probably the whole cast of Project Sekai ).

"WONDAHOI!☆ Happy birthday, Rui-kun!! Wahaha~!!!" Emu greeted first happily, in her usual bubbly demeanor and doing her signature 'wonderhoy!☆'

"Happy birthday, Rui.." Spoke Nene, her blunt yet soft voice chimed in next, a small smile gracing her lips after greeting her childhood friend and neighbor.

"HAHAHA!! Happy birthday, from your dearest future star, Rui!!" Tsukasa chirped, in his usual loud and firm voice, a big grin on his face whilst greeting his director and closest best friend.

Ah.. Spending his birthday with friends? Certainly a first. ♡
