You and Dick had grown up together. You was there when his parents died, when Bruce adopted him, when he became Robin, when Bruce gave him the 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera. You was there through it all, you grew up together, he trusted you, cared about you, he'd have done anything for you, still would.

Growing up together caused feelings between the two of you to bloom, and soon after you both realised your feelings for each other, you had started dating. Eventually you and him moved to Detroit, Michigan, after Dick cut ties with Bruce, he realised he was becoming too much like him, he didn't want that for him, or for you. He still continued as Robin, but for himself now, not for Bruce.

Soon after moving he proposed, then you got married shortly after, it was a simple ceremony, but you both loved it, it was sweet, intimate, just what the two of you wanted, and needed. He was happy with you, you was his world, despite everything you was the one constant in his life.

Currently you was sat in bed, bored, music playing quietly in the background as you waited for Dick to get off of work. Eventually he got back to the apartment that you two shared, and walked into your shared bedroom, leaving his boots by the bedroom door.

"You okay baby?" He asked, walking over to the bed, sitting down next to you and wrapping his arm round your shoulder, bringing you in closer to him.
