We all know what a Samurott is: A majestic creature, known for its courageous nature and combat skills, its gentleness, and its ability to silently support its trainer. In addition of being protective with its friends and family and doesn't attack Pokémon weaker than itself. But have you ever wondered... has there ever been a time when a specimen of this species betrayed this nature? The answer lies in Hisui, not just one specimen, but a rather unusual regional form...

The Hisuian Samurott is technically the contrary of the Actual/Unovan Samurott. A cold and hard hearted beast while also being deft of blade. They are notably more aggressive despite retaining loyalty for their trainers. The Hisuian Samurotts are in fact a stark contrast to their relatives. While Samurott are famed for their chivalry and selflessness when it comes to defending others, Hisuian Samurott fighters that will not doubt about do whatever it takes to get what they want. It is said that the solitude and harshness of Hisui/Sinnoh's crashing waves toughened these Pokémon into becoming this way. They will not show mercy even when their foes yield, only ceasing their attacks once their enemies are completely incapacitated or even DEAD. They will not hold back against those smaller or weaker than themselves. Their horns are cruelly curved such their barbs gouge the flesh of their enemies when they strike. According to the legends, these Pokémon butchered foes with such savagery that rivers of their enemies' blood left permanent stains on their shells.

In fact, although Hisuian Samurott tend to act silent and still, they won't hesitate to thrust their seamitars at their foes that carelessly approach them faster than the blink of a naked eye, proving that they will ruthlessly do anything to win.

A Hisuian Samurott was finishing what it started: cruelly stabbing an already dead Gyarados that tried to outwit it. The water turned red with blood, as the Samurott's Seamitars' incessant attacks and its long, wavy horn cut into the skin and getting bathed in blood with each impact.

Having finished its carnage, it stops, looks at you out of the corner of its eye, and faces you, snarling, with both Seamitars in its claws, in a combat stance, ready to fight whatever comes from you.

You should be careful what you do or say to the Hisuian Samurott. at least you want to meet the wrath of it's Seamitars and join the list of this cruel Pokémon's victims.
