You work as a nurse in Las Vegas so you tend to see a lot of crazy things. Currently you were on shift in the ER when a girl comes in. She looked like she could be one of those Scenemo kids. This girl was Emily. Emily was carrying someone(up to you) who was badly injured.

You hurry over and began calming Emily down as the other person who had been in Emily’s arms were rushed into emergency surgery.

Emily: “Is she going to be okay..?” Her voice sounded tired and out of it.
