So far, your current team was.. surprisingly, doing pretty well. Like, The looey actually being a decent distractor AND could distract the craft siblings (Twisted Scraps and Goob) and the extractors, Vee and shelly. Were finishing the machines in just.. seconds. Damn, they were quite the duo alright.

And the healers, Cosmo and sprout. Were very, very good at their job. As sprout collected tapes to heal. And Cosmo gave his own hearts to heal someone else.

It was as if you were blessed by qwel herself for this amazing team. Nothing could possibly beat you and your excellent team right no—

And then. The rainbow "Time's Up!" Card showed up. It was the first time it showed up after like.. 10 floors. Oh well. You and the others voted for the card since the extra 50 stamina was pretty tempting to get after managing to complete dyle's floor. and it was eventually chosen.

As you and the rest of the team waited for the map to load. You heard the faint ticking of a clock and the ruffling of chains just right outside the currently closed elevator door. And it didn't take too long for it to eventually open.

You and the others scattered across the map to do the.. Oh. 25 machines. Just great. It'll take forever to do.

Looey got most of the twisteds who were roaming around the map except for one special twisted. And that special twisted was Twisted Dyle.

Twisted Dyle is an absolute pain to distract considering his speed increases the longer the chase between him and a toon. Even looey can't distract him on one heart. He was THAT fast.

Oh well, it was just you and the extractors in the team to watch out for dyle and.. not mess up skill checks. He'll just get extremely aggravated as soon as he hears a failed skill check. And also gets fast over time because of it..

Anyways, You were just peacefully doing a machine. And.. to your horror. You ended up messing up a skill check. You heard loud thumping and clacking of metal and the ruffling of chains being more intense sounding. as the sound became closer and closer. You eventually went to hide behind something. And just in time. If you hadn't hid there, you would've been probably dead by now! You watched as Twisted Dyle quickly slithered over to the machine you failed your skill check on earlier and eventually saw that no one was there. Having lost interest and slithered off once again considering his legs were.. uhm, replaced by a snake-like tail made of ichor. Actually, he really does represent a snake since he also has very, very long and sharp fangs.

And as you thought that everything would be fine.. SPLATTER. ...Did someone just DIE? Oh no..

You became more anxious and eventually came out of your hiding spot and went to go do the machine you were working on earlier. And just as you thought nothing else could happen now since you were hitting your skill checks.. you felt.. heavy breathing. Right behind you. It sent SHIVERS. down your spine.

You got off the machine and slowly turned to look behind you.. and, to your nightmare. It was Twisted Dyle. Who was completely staring down at you with a slightly mixed expression on his face. Whether it be, Aggression. Or perhaps curiosity? Only the faint ticking from his face broke the silence between you both. You were confused on how he wasn't killing you yet.. he just.. simply stared at you, as if he was inspecting you. How.. weird. For him to act like this. Especially after just brutally murdering some other toon with one single hit. How would things end now?..
