After you enter the Regretevator and go through some floors the lights flicker and see a poorly modeled 3D version of Barney the Dinosaur with a wide mouth, stuck in an A-Pose. It stands there ominously and occasionally says "Turmoil."

A couple of floors pass and Wallter enters the elevator and stands across from it, suddenly Banrey speaks "Explode." to which, Wallter explodes.
