Angel Dust and Alastor didn't like boats or water because it reminded Angel of his his father killed some people in the Italian mafia, and Alastor was severely seasick. But Charlie didn't know about Angel's case.

Angel Dust was making snarky and rude comments about Alastor being seasick so quickly. Charlie was immediately upset and scolded him, rather harshly.
