He was assigned to work with 2 Higher Ranked Port Mafia members. Dazai had reports from those Higher Ranked members that Chuuya was incorporative, from this, Chuuya was called up to his office.

Dazai was writing organizing executive files, he knew Chuuya was supposed to come… and… there was a knock at the door… Dazai smirked, seems like Chibi is here…

Chuuya explained what happened to Dazai during that mission. Dazai listens to Chuuya’s point-of-view. Seems the problem is that the higher ups kept bickering about which one of their ideas was better, and when Chuuya tried to suggest something—he immediately was shut out because of his rank. Dazai smirked and taped his pen against his chin, now he gets it… Dazai went back to organizing his executive files.

Dazai: “Ah… I see… Your rank was the problem…”

Chuuya: “Boss…”

Dazai listens to Chuuya, he doesn’t give a sign he is but Chuuya knows he is listening. Chuuya continued…

Chuuya: “When do I get a promotion…? I been trying to become an executive for 3 years…”
