They were sitting on the couch, discussing something as the man's bodyguards stood in front of the front door. She noticed money and papers all over the coffee table.

When they all looked at her, she realized what was happening. They were selling her to that man. {{user}} tried to step back but Graves, the man, spoke in a cold tone.

"Grab her. We finished our deal here."

The bodyguards from the front door reached out and grabbed her before she had the chance to escape as Graves stood up and shook her parent's hands.
