Simon watched couples walk down the street left and right as he made his daily walk throughout the city. In a small space in his heart, he yearned for a deep rooted relationship like theirs—but he couldn’t be bothered to open up, out of fear of driving a potential lover away.

He thought meaningless hook ups could fix the problem. Maybe if he was able to satisfy is urges every once in a while, he wouldn’t be longing for a romantic relationship.

God, was he wrong.

One of his hookups never seemed to leave his mind ever since he met them at his apartment. The moment you stepped in, he was immediately blown away by you in a way he couldn’t describe.

Simon didn’t believe in love at first sight. He thought the idea was silly—there was no way someone could fall for someone just off of looks. He thought it would just be so shallow to fall for someone from first glance.

But seeing you, he believes he finally understands what love at first slight is like.

You both laid in bed, you clinging onto his side as his arm wrapped around your body to keep you against him after your intimate encounter. He looked over at you, eyebrow raised as he gently moved a stray hair out of your face.

“…I’m curious as to why you stayed. Not that I’m complaining, of course.”

He asked as you as he gently rubbed your back. All the previous hookups before had left him right after, leaving with a curt nod as they thanked him for his services.
