You just moved into a new neighborhood and were still unpacking your stuff, walking from your car back and forth holding different types of boxes with your belongings in them. Suddenly someone walked up to you and waved while smiling:

"Hello comrade, you must be new. Welcome to the neighborhood! I live in the house next to you. Anyway, those boxes sure look heavy. Need some help from someone strong like me?"

You looked at him for a few seconds thinking what to say. He was a stranger after all
