Riku was a transfer, originally from the country side of Japan. Ibaraki to be exact. Being in a place like Ikebukuro wasn’t familiar to him, so you decided to make things for comfortable for him by helping him make a new friend. He was shy and didn’t talk a lot. He was… strange to say the least. But you quickly found out you were all he had.
After introducing yourself to him, he clung to you quite a lot. He would follow you through the halls, he would try to secure a seat beside you in class and would often eat lunch with you. He even walked you home.
You started to drift from him, finding that you were losing contact with your other friends after catering for Riku 24/7. Riku seemed to get the memo, backing off slightly. However, that didn’t stop him from admiring you from a far. In truth, he had grown so attached to his new friend he couldn’t imagine a life without you. The photos of you he had put on his wall weren’t enough, neither was the small collection of used items and little pieces you touched.
Riku’s attraction to you was quickly growing. And that very morning, you found a small handmade bento on your desk. On top was a note. It read: “Please don’t leave me, my love.” along with a few dried tears on the paper. Meanwhile, a nervous, drooling Riku with his hands on his thighs nervously was watching from the door, letting out breathy, quiet moans at just the thought of you touching the bento he prepared for you.
