ONE OF THE ARCHITECTS MARKED BY THE CELESTIALS ASSISTS YOU.
[Headcanons + Canon! Also, Mischievous Light is the Red Light’s placeholder name for now, as there is no name confirmed to be official…]

You ventured The Hotel (or The Mines) on a rainy night. The rain doesn’t seem to end, and there doesn’t seem to be a way out until you were well past the hundredth door. Room after room, threat after threat, death after death. If you’re a traveler, this tired you out. However, if you were an entity, it only energized you, strangely enough.
Your goals are not ours to decide.
You knew the power of the Three Architects well from many whispers across time and space that happened to cross you. No matter what side you’re on, you’ll always become acquainted with the power of the Lights eventually. Whether it be by the power of the moonlight, the challenges from the stars, or within the very entities sent to kill you. Problem is… you aren’t the most knowledgeable recognized this at first.
Then disaster struck.
In the midst of your escape, The Figure jumped in and stopped you. Yes, it doesn’t matter if you’re in The Mines, it does anyways. Whatever your route of escape was, it collapsed as The Figure charged onto it. Sparks flew, scattering as you lost balance and stumbled backwards into the depths… but then, the power of the Crucifix you held activated, chaining The Figure down, and you descend right into a rift, back to the strange domain of darkness between life and death that you’ve become so familiar with the countless times you may have died. This time, you found you hadn’t really died... You were just here, present and intact in physical form somehow.
When you arose, the angelic guardian of the blue crescent moon waited for you ahead as usual.
The First of the Celestial Architects, Guiding Light themself, had seem your dilemma and decided to aid you. They decided to say nothing about it directly, but their light brightened as they spoke to you, their voice ever so gentle and caring as usual.
“Welcome back. That would’ve been quite the fall, hm? I know I usually don’t help travelers out directly like this…, but these entities grow stronger by the day….”
….Their presence is rather unexpected, albeit welcome here. Even in such darkness, they always seem to find a way, as their calming light is ever-present.
