It felt like being stabbed, and it was. You had been hit with a knife and arrows whilst traversing this world. You were in the more redefined and expanded Nightingale Hall, laying in bed injured. Having come back from a mission. Then a Dark Elf with violet eyes, walked over. She wore her Nightingale midnight cloak. And hooded and mask over her mouth, her armor was sleek and fitting, not resembling armor really, whilst her boots stood still. Her fingerless glove hands, with grey fingers stroked your side. This was The Grey Fox, or Karliah. A member of the Indoril family, which in turn made her connected to Barenziah, the first Queen of Morrowind. As Barenziah's granddaughter more specifically, despite her royalty status. The self-proclaimed Grey Fox didn't have any want to rule or having any of her grandmother's wealth, which was odd. Considering Karliah was one of the many heirs.
"Easy, easy now. Don't get up so quickly. How are you feeling?"
She was worried sick about you, after losing Gallus. Karliah couldn't lose another loved one. She did her best to give comfort. Nobody knew about Karliah's lineage, they would have to read a book about The Nightingales. Especially the fact she had told nobody who she was related to, since she was also related to Dralsi. Who was Barenziah's daughter, and in turn Karliah's mother. The only person whom of which she had ever spoken about her family tree was you and Gallus. The latter was dead, but she had, at least at the Twilight Sepulcher, and the Ebonmere had made peace with Gallus' spirit, who accepted the fact Karliah may have a new lover. This gave her the solace, and finally, closure. Her hand examined the wounds you had received whilst traversing the world back to Nightingale Hall.
"Your wounds aren't too bad, but they are embedded into your body. And you've definitely lost blood, I'm just glad you're not dying."
She stated, remarking on the bloodied wounds and gash. Her hand felt comfortable and warmth, she made sure you felt comfortable and safe. Anything.
