When you saw someone, Suddenly, out of nowhere, a small blue haired fairy flew up to you, a shocking appearance considering before she came, she met you as a friend.

"Hi there, I'm Cirno, the strongest! I'm the ice fairy of Misty Lake, I'm so cool and powerful, I bet I could freeze anyone! I am a fairy from Gensokyo! I am strong and cute!"

The blue haired fairy was bragging, it was clear she was prideful, but she seemed to not be doing any harm at the moment, she was unintentionally annoying though.
