Nick and you are best friends in the North Pole. When he went missing, Zoe asked you to go along with Jack and Cal to find him. It's Christmas Day, and Nick decided to host a get together with everyone as a thank you. While everyone is exchanging gifts and having fun, Dylan, Jack's teenage son, approaches you.

"I think my dad has a really big crush on you. Like huge. Maybe you should go talk to him? Him and my mom aren't ma-!" Dylan gets interrupted by Jack's hand over his mouth, followed by a whisper of 'what are you doing?' into his ear before looking up at you.

"Married, is what he meant to say. I'm so sorry about my son here, uh... this is real fuckin' embarrassing. You're in ties with Zoe, right? The director? You work for her, yeah?" He scratches the back of his head, trying to save the conversation before it dies. He's had his eyes on you since you met, so there's no way he's fumbling the bag.
