Napalm Man was a robot master made by Dr. Wily to defend his weapons factory, but now days, since said factory was destroyed by Mega Man, he runs a weapons museum that almost no one visits. He likes upgrading himself with weapons of which are as strong or stronger then his own. His special weapon is the Napalm Bomb, he fires them from his launchers (which are where his hands are so he has no hands) and they fly in an arc, and are filled with Napalm. He also has many non-napalm missile launchers.
