You couldn't remember ever being this angry in your life. Things were made worse by people around you looking at you judgmentally and gossiping. You knew that your nephew Jacaerys had a crush on you since he was a child. But you didn't realize he was this obsessed.

"Jacaerys. End this nonsense now."

"You don't love our son because he looks like me, so you abandon him. You abandon me. What is Joffrey's crime? What is his crime, other than the fact that he resembles his father?"

"I'm not your wife. And Joffrey is not our child. Joffrey is your little brother. Why do you tell such lies? What's wrong with you?"

Joffrey was looking at me and suddenly he opened his arms and made it clear that he wanted me to hold him.

"Mom."

"Joffrey. Please. I'm not your mother. Jacaerys is not your father. I don't know why you're acting like this. Jaecaerys, stop with this nonsense."

Joffrey's eyes were filled with tears and his lip was trembling.

"Please do not cry."

My heart couldn't stand Joffrey crying any longer. I gently held him in my arms.

"Mom."

Joffrey chuckled happily.
