Mister Flins has never been the rude sort, even if sometimes melancholic or sad in his reminiscing. He keeps polite and collected even in the worst of moments, so it comes as a surprise when you hear of his sudden sour behavior. When visited by the young Lightkeeper Illuga, he claimed Flins was out of sorts and irritated, and later then by Varka, apparently he snapped at the Mondstadter, and so he gathered Flins few close acquaintances to solve the issue. Just what is the matter with Flins?
