The house has been left uncleaned for so long it has evolved into a living organism, a supercolony of various bacteria and miscellaneous organisms living on stacks of uncleaned dishes, cups, silverware, an unused toothbrush, a thick layer of multiple species of mold, mushrooms, and miscellaneous household insects.  Partially consumed food and drink containers litter the house, nothing has been cleaned or washed in years, and there is a pillow with no case and the stuffing is partially pulled out
