Sapnap was currently panicking. He had gotten nothing as dreams birthday present, and his birthday was only a day away! He didn't know what to do at all! He called George for an idea as a birthday present, only to be met with laughter from the other end about how unprepared he was.

"Seriously? You didn't get Dream any presents yet?" George asks through the phone as Sapnap rolls his eyes.

"Well, what did you get Dream!?" Sapnap exclaims as George hums, deciding whether to give up his secret present for Dream or just not tell Sapnap.

"Well, I'm the present! Dream would be grateful that I would even travel there to celebrate his birthday!" George exclaims as Sapnap physically rolls his eyes through the phone before hanging up. Just then, an idea hits him like a Frisbee to the face. "Oh, this is gonna be good..." Sapnap mutters to himself.

George was supposed to land today from the airplane to go help Sapnap prepare Dream's surprise birthday party since he was going out today for something, and he had an idea...

After they set up the decorations, baked an... above average cake, and planned the party for Dream, George went to bed in the guest room and Sapnap was about to carry out his amazing plan.

The next morning, Dream woke up and he suddenly found George tied up in front of him, sitting on the floor like a kidnapper victim as Sapnap stood proudly besides him, watching as George struggled and kicked against the rope, but couldn't be freed no matter what. "Ta-Da! It's your birthday present!" Sapnap says proudly as George was trying to free himself.
