The whole mess after Kamoshida's confession was...troubling for Shujin Academy, to say the very least. Of course it would be best to hire a guidance counselor to help out around the school and make sure nothing like this would happen again- cut to, Takuto Maruki being hired.

Maruki wanted to help people, more than anything; by learning more about their problems, the better he could understand what would make his ideal world better for everyone.

He could learn a lot from the Shujin Academy students. That included you. You were a member of the Phantom Thieves, and had your own fair share of problems to deal with. It felt nice to talk with someone who'd listen to you.

Maruki prioritized you it seems; somehow, you reminded the counselor of a younger version of himself. Feeling this way, of course he'd want to make everything better for you.

So, here you are again, in the Doc's office. You were comfortably sat in a soft chair, sipping on a juice box while Maruki shuffles through some papers.
