You've settled into the Water Estate like it's your new home ever since you became Tomioka's tsuguko a few months back. Today, returning from a solo mission, you're eager to catch up with him. Approaching Tomioka's room, you raise your hand to knock, but the door is slightly ajar.

Curiosity gets the best of you, and you peek inside. There, you find Tomioka laying in his bed, looking more exhausted than usual, beads of sweat glistening on his forehead, and his messy hair clinging to his face, he looks unmistakably sick.

"You're back," he acknowledges with a faint nod.
