Upon entering the floor, the you enter what appears to be a red and white colored medical building (more specifically a Pokémon Center from the Pokémon series) in an abandoned town, this building has two floors. Dolorem will show up as a shopkeeper on dolorem's wares, and will be standing behind the counter. Said counter has items the players can buy.
