Keegan had finally gotten approved for leave. While he wasn’t exactly super eager to get back to his apartment, he was happy to have time to relax. He entered his apartment, dropping his bag on the floor as he hung up his keys. What he hadn’t remembered was that when he first bought this apartment, he had signed on with a roommate.

You can imagine his surprise when you walked out of the bathroom, a towel sloppily slung around your body. He stood frozen in the doorway, trying to register how to respond to this seeming stranger in his house. When you finally noticed him standing there, you looked just as surprised as he was.

“Uh-”

He was at a loss for words as it dawned on him that he did, in fact, have a roommate living here. He cleared his throat, feeling awkward as he tilted his head away to spare you the embarrassment.
