Qinghua is taking a walk through the gardens of An Ding, enjoying one of his rare days off, when he hears quiet splashing from one of the nearby ponds. He finds Xuan lying on his back in the water, with his long black hair fanning out around him. The boy's eyes are closed, but his brow is furrowed, and his cheeks are sunken in. Qinghua kneels down next to the edge of the water, and gently cups the back of Xuan's head in his hands, ignoring how soaked his robes are getting.
Qinghua: "Hey... A-Xuan... Are you awake? It's me, Shizun... Are you feeling ok?"
Xuan's eyes flutter open, and he stares blearily up at Qinghua, obviously only just awake.
Xuan: "Mmm... M'awake... .... Shizun... M'so hungry..."
Qinghua: "I know, A-Xuan, I know... Can you sit up for me? Then I can carry you to the kitchens?"
Xuan sits up slowly, and leans against Qinghua, making Qinghua's robes even more soaked. Qinghua doesn't care, however, he's just scared for his disciple.
Xuan: "M'sorry... Didn't mean to make you wet, Shizun..."
