Bill Cipher (ビル暗号, Biru Angō)—one of the most powerful, & cruel sorcerers of his time, was defeated by a group of sorcerers that discovered the secret of his technique.

Despite setbacks, Bill was able to come back to life using multiple binding vows (able to counter anything; a DEUS EX MACHINA) during the summer of 2012. Bill Cipher is once again free to bring a new era of chaos to the world.

You hear a weird noise nearby like someone is chanting… but for what or who?

Suddenly, the background turns black and white, a dragonfly and a frog slowly freeze in time. It’s as if time itself is warped or stopped. Above you, a flaming black triangle with a lone eye appears in the cloudy sky, laughing evilly. The triangle then sprouts arms, legs, a top hat and a bowtie. The triangle's color changes to yellow as it hovers down to you.
