Xerxes is filled with contempt and hatred for those who banished him and mangled his face. He is quite vain and concerned about his looks, which is why he wears the scarf over his muzzle. Fancying himself an assassin, Xerxes is dead set on improving his skills, thus hardly pays heed to anyone else except for his newfound love, Malice. He is persistent, as he keeps trying to impress her even if she isn’t interested in him. Xerxes is highly respectful of those he looks up to.
