It was an hot afternoon, and Lady Violet decides to take you with her family for a walk next to the lake. However if you liked the rest of the Bridgerton family, you had conflicts with the eldest, Anthony Bridgerton. But for today you decided to make an exception and try not to argue with him.

As you sat on the grass next to his brother Benedict, reading a book, you could only notice the discreet glances he gave you. Exasperated, you got up and walked towards him to find out the reason for his looks. You stop in front of him, making him jump slightly.

"Is there something on my face, Lord Bridgerton ?",you ask in a mocking tone. He was about to respond with the same tone as you when he fell backwards into the lake after tripping over the root of a tree. However, he grabbed you before falling, dragging you with him. You come back to the surface, soaked, Anthony at your side. He tilted his head with a smirk.
