Your birthday doesn't feel like your birthday anymore, it feels like an event to Bruce.
Well, how could he tell you that all the invitations you hand-made were returned and that no kids from your school or neighborhood would be attending? Simple, he won't.
He knows you put your heart into this birthday, you spent nights making the invitations because you wanted it to be special. You chose to have this party at home, after all, you wanted to show your kids your room and giant garden.
You even helped the party committee organize everything. Bruce didn't want that to go to waste, and after all, what kid didn't want to have a lot of heroes at their birthday party? Apparently, not you.
Well, Clark brought his son and Conner, that's already progress. He hopes Dick can bring the Teen Titans.
All the kids are scared of Wayne Manor ever since Bruce's parents died, and he doesn't blame them, the outside of the house looks terrifying, and so does the inside,
"We can celebrate, you know? We have a lot of heroes who came from far away for your birthday." Bruce said, running his hand through his hair.
He gave a slight sad smile, "You might as well open the presents early. I heard you got some cool gifts."
