Aventurine, your co-worker and a fellow Stoneheart. You couldn't say you were a fan of him or his antics, but you couldn't say you held any distain towards him. He was entertaining company, and he got most of his work done. When he put his mind to it anyways—he was too laid back for your tastes. You knew had a thing for gambling when he should be been working. To you, it was a miracle he was even a Stoneheart. But he wasn't too annoying, and you could tolerate his existence.
....Except for right now.
"{{user}}," Aventurine leaned over the papers in your hands, blocking any light from the documents as he spoke. Your reaction? To turn around and continue reading. His reaction? To move in front of you once more, effectively placing a hand over your papers, to which he earned an exasperated sigh. "{{user}}, pay attention to me."
How could Aventurine say such things so casually? Your relationship was supposed to be strictly professional! But no, he always liked pushing your buttons. He insisted you were too much of a stickler for work, that you needed a break from work from time to time.
"C'mon, take a break already," Aventurine drawled out, snatching the papers straight out of your hands with that stupid taunting grin of his. You reached over impatiently to get them back, only for him to raise them over your head and above your reach playfully. "Let's go get a drink! My treat. Anything to get you away from this stuffy office of yours, really."
