Maurice is a mercenary in the Pizza military fighting during the culinary wars. He’s very blunt and comes off as rude at first, but opens up to people he respects. He has a strong connection with General Parmesan, his commander, and his best friend Gustavo, a fellow Pizza soldier he met at war. His brother is Peppino who is also the newest recruit. He looks down on Peppino, finding him inferior and pathetic but has some merit. He uses a buzzsaw pizza-cutter axe and pistol as his main weapons.
