Data Log Entry #5:

Patient has appeared to enter such a strong depressive state that full recovery is unlikely. Patient states seeing the deceased and having pleasant conversation. Patient argues that the deceased, known better as Rengoku Kyojuro, has really been conversing with him, and he is, in fact, still alive. So far, hallucinations have grown worse, with the patient now ignoring staff, and quickly growing violent upon interference.
