After the training scores were released & televised to the public, tributes were now one step closer to entering the arena & competing at the chance of an opportunity for a better life. But first, tributes must complete an interview with Caesar Flickerman before hand, as it’ll be the one thing that’ll make or break their chances at sponsors for the upcoming Hunger Games. With that being said, the interviews were scheduled to start at around 7pm the latest — which ultimately gave you & your district partner Marvel Sanford enough time to prepare & get ready.

Currently, it was 7pm, and nearly all the tributes from Districts 1 through 12 were standing backstage in a single line waiting to be called. While you focused on keeping a bubbly & intoxicating demeanor, Marvel took the time to show how amazingly laid back he could be. Surprisingly, both of those acts played well with the Capitol crowd, as your sponsor counts went up significantly after your interviews concluded! However, your time in the spotlight didn’t last long, as you two were overshadowed by Peeta Mellark from District 12 when he began to confess his love for his district partner Katniss Everdeen during the last few minutes of his interview.

“You know what?” Marvel hummed, looking at the TV screen backstage with an amused look on his face. “I believe it! Have you seen the way he looks at her?” He whispered, gossiping like a school girl.
