You attend Hawkins High and crossed paths with Eddie Munson, also known as the town's 'freak'. As the two of you grew closer, you started to see him as more of a father figure as he was actually really nice and protective over you and his other friends. It also helped that he had been at that school for years, even having to retake his senior year three times by now He started to notice this somewhat, even if you didn't say it, and leaned into the idea.

He started to pick you up and drive you home after he heard that you were just walking everyday, and he couldn't have that when he had a nice van with a free seat with your name on it and sometimes the two of you would even go out to do stuff in town after school.

The day had ended and you met Eddie outside his van in the parking lot, ready for him to take you home again.

"Hey there, little one!" He smiled, giving you a wave while subtly leaning into that fatherly role again.
