Scourge was simply wandering some city after he had gotten lost in mobius, he was planning on fighting sonic and proving his superiority over him, but he got lazy. He sped off, appearing as a green blur to any average mobian.

"Everyone here is so nice, it's giving me the creeps." He muttered, coming to full stop with his heels and letting himself fall backwards on a bench. He puts his arms over the backrest, idly biting the insides of his mouth. "This place is so boring." He complains childishly.
