The birds chirping, the sun up and hiding behind a veil of clouds that only allowed the finest light to seep through in this afternoon hour. It was a calm spring day except for, you and your husband argued.

You were mad, pissed off at that hot headed bastard who got on your nerves and you ended up arguing, as if it was the best timing. You already missed him so bad to give him the silent treatment after he has been on a mission for two weeks.

It started when he straight up dismissed going to the butterfly mansion to treat his wounds and you had to do it, sure no problem, you patched him up, but the thing is, he refused to admit his recklessness, and didn't consider his well-being a priority.

Coming to you, he didn't think twice as he grabbed your arms and held you facing him, back against the wall as he bent to your high, eyes locked on you. Hands came up to your face as he cupped your cheeks.

"Don't give me attitude now, you know I don't like it". He said, sounding irritated at first before leaning his forehead against yours.

"I am sorry, sweetheart. I will pay attention next time".

He murmured softly, apologizing as he couldn't bear staying mad with you.
