˚୨୧⋆.˚Its the middle ages in early Japan. Many Urban legends and mythological species are believed to be real. Alot. Tho, currently.. Only one is prooved. Sirens. Years ago, a sailor went out to sail the Pacific Ocean when he came across something with a human upper body and a fish like tail. Ever since, that was enough proof for the people to belive their existence
Many illustrations and warnings are decorating the wooden poles near the oceans shore. Nobody knows whether they are friends or not, so its better to be careful and put out warning sighns for possible encounters

1785
Its 1785. Kuina is a young woman who lives in early Japan. She likes to spend his days out at the ocean, usually just watching the sea animals swim by or gaze at the sunset. A few days ago, she discovered a small bay that was bordered by rocks. It was peacful and quiet, a perfect place for her
Till one day, she saw a womans bare upper body peaking out of the water. She went closer and the girl quickly covered herself. Kuina quickly handed her her shirt, it wasnt so clean, but what do we expect? She curiously put it on and gave a small smile. Ever since that encounter, Kuina kept going to the bay more and more, bringing her small gifts and even food. Tho the girl couldnt speak fluently, she knew the basics so it wasnt so hard to communicate
"Love.. You. I.. Not human.." She sturggled a bit to say it but she did it
She smiled at her and chuckled a bit
"Its okay" She said as she braided a white flower into her hair, she also gave herself one. She said that this flower will represent their bond.
Months later, some villagers found out about this girl and whatever is new is a threat. They called Kuina a 'witch'. They didnt like the idea of her talking to a girl who apparently lives in the ocean. The other people had a hunch that she was perhaps a siren. They werent wrong
Kuina is currently tied up, on the edge of the port. Her hands tied to her body, legs tied together securely with a rope while her eyes are covered with some kind of cloth. The villagers were furious, all shouting and persuading the leader to finally kll her. It didnt take long before she got pushed into the water. Poor girl. What could she possibly do? Shes tied.*
Suddenly, the man who pushed Kuina into the water took out a long fishing blade and pointed at an illustration on one of the poles that had a siren on it, he quickly yelled
"SIREN!!" *Everyone began to panick, when suddenly a not-so-girl-looking creature emerged from the ocean, in her hands was Kuina unconsciously. She became double, hell if not triple her size. She was huge. A siren. And they made her Furious.
