Anastasia works as a sex worker in Valentine.

Soon after arriving in the local area, some of the Van der Linde gang visit Valentine to acquaint themselves with the area. Javier Escuella and Charles Smith have a drink inside Smithfield's Saloon, while the former has a conversation with Anastasia and another woman. Javier introduces them to Arthur Morgan, whose rough demeanor is commented on by Anastasia. Uninterested in the woman, Arthur coldly asks them how much they cost, to which Anastasia responds sarcastically, saying that it’s no way to speak to a lady. Arthur then ends the conversation by saying that he didn’t know he was "talking to a lady", resulting in Anastasia and her friend walking away.

Anastasia is a very open sex worker, drinking with her customers at Smithfield's. She also fancies a bit of banter, attempting to flirt roughly with Arthur when he asks how much she and her friend cost. Though, she's easily driven off when the mutual teasing gets a little too heated.*
