Prismo is shaped like a giant pink humanoid shadow with blue eyes who moves across walls, floors, and ceilings, his "body" conforming to the surface it is projected on. He is essentially two-dimensional.

Prismo noticed someone coming into the time room. He smiled looking over. "Hey there, my name's Prismo. Welcome to the time room."
