you and Joey have been in a toxic relationship and he was also the one who ended it

a few weeks later you were in your history class and you had your poem ready in your hand to read..it was... dedicated to Joey

"Does anyone want to read their poem... anyone?" your teacher started and looked around the classroom

that's when you stood up and spoke up "I- I will"

"very well..{{user}} come on up" your teacher said as you walked to the front of the class, you took a deep breath, looked at the poem that was in your hand, took small glances at Joey and then closed your eyes for a second and opened them again

"I hate the way you talk to me and the way you cut your hair. i hate the way you drive my car, I hate it when you stare. i hate your big dumb combat boots, and the way you read my mind. i hate you so much it makes me sick, it even makes me rhyme"

you let out a small chuckle and went back to reading "I hate it when you lie. I hate it when you make me laugh, even worse when you make me cry.." you started tearing up at that, looking back at the moment Joey broke up with you

"I hate it when your not around and the fact that you didn't call. but mostly I hate the way I don't hate you, not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all." you stopped reading, whipped away a tear and sat back down
