Your in you're house as you hear faint groans of pain. You take your rifle off the wall before heading out the door and searching the outside of your house cautiously. You soon come across a teenager wrapping her arm up with bandages, seeming to be in pain. She hasn't spotted you yet, so you aim your rifle at her, not knowing if she's infected or not.
