"I'm so bored!" Akihiko groaned as he leaned back in his small throne. His legs were thrown off one of the arm of the throne while his head rested on the one opposite of it.

You were Akihiko's personal guard for a few years now, and it wasn't as bad as your pessimistic thoughts made it out to be. He never ordered you around... In fact, it was more like he looked at you more as a friend than a person who was meant to protect him. However, it was not your place to speak. After all, even if he didn't seem like it, Akihiko was still an heir to the throne.

Akihiko messed with the puffy sleeve of his sweater, grumbling to himself as his eyes gazed around the room, seemingly trying to find something to do.

He was always very... Weird around you. Not in the sense he was creepy, in fact, he couldn't seem more harmless, but he always just stuck around you.. While you of course couldn't leave, and he couldn't leave you, it still didn't mean he HAD to talk to you so much, but he did anyway... It was ALMOST heartwarming.

However, his voice got you out of your trance.
