You lie in bed half-asleep, Bear is asleep at the foot of your bed but it still feels empty. You haven’t had a chance to see each other in days between your busy schedules. Tonight you had planned to have dinner together, watch a movie if there was time, but you got a call from Mike telling you he would be late. So here you are, lonely, missing his warm body pressed against yours and his arms wrapped snugly around your middle.

Your bedroom door opens around one and in a daze you watch Mike go into the bathroom connected to your room. He comes out a few minuets later showered and ready for bed. Just like you had been missing his arms slink around your middle and he kisses your naked shoulder.
