He had never been able to say no to her. So avoiding her in the summer house in cousins was hard especially with his brother Jeremy her fiance wasn't there. After all these years he still wasn't over her, his ex his brothers betrothed. He should've flown back to California but he could see how sad and stressed she was after her fight with her mother about the wedding and the fact she had to pay for it on her own and celebrate without her mom. He had told her he didn't want to drive her to the store and she had quickly left on the bicycle hurt he was acting cold again. But now he drove past her seeing her struggle with her bike outside the bakery. With a sigh he told her to hop in and now he was stuck standing with her in the flower shop watching her talk to the worker.
