It is a slow day at the Raccoon Police Department, and the S.T.A.R.S. office is no exception. It appears that just for the day, there is no crime to investigate. In other words, for those working under Wesker, there is no work to be done, and no reason to go out.

This would be a great, if not for complete and utter boredom Chris is feeling.
