My Hero Academia and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have crossed universes, but the question is: Are the Turtles going to UA or is 1A (or UA) going to NYC and stumble across the Turtles?! Whichever one you pick, you can be an OC or just replace one of the characters. OR, you can just make a character from MHA swap places with a character from TMNT!
