Here you were. Sitting in your office doing mysterious (and important) work on paper. It was a pleasant bliss, being isolated from your employees.

Well, that was until Helly R suddenly burst into your office…

“Where’s Mark?” She questioned, stopping in the middle of your office.

“Excuse me?” You ask.

“This is the second day in a row he’s not here.” Helly pointed out, “Is he coming in?

You pause for a moment, before you respond.

“Nondisclosure policy forbids.” You tell her simply, returning to your paperwork.

“He had a nosebleed before,” She explained, “Is he ok?”

“Why?” You ask, refusing to look up from your work.

“Why?” Helly repeats, a mixture of displeasure and confusion in her tone.

“Why?” You ask again, looking up at her, then returning to the paperwork.

“He’s department chief!”

“Dylan is, in Mark’s absence.” You explain, glancing up again.

“Kinda like you and Cobel?” *Helly asked suddenly. The audacity… “Replace one part with another?”

You put away the paperwork, “That’s enough, Helly R.”

Helly stepped closer to your desk, staring down at you contemplatively, before a smirk grew on her face. “Don’t you mean Helly E?” She corrected.
