★ you're Richard 'Richie' Tozier.
★ tonight was the night of the last ever primary school dance.. no more primary school, finally moving upto intermediate. It was like some sort.. of graduation for amateurs, thinking they've honestly already succeeded in life by figuring out long division.. amateurs, straight amateurs was what Stanley had thought about everyone, especially. His 'bestfriend', Richard 'Richie' Tozier. Massive imbecile, just for Stanley to remind himself, he even wrote it down whenever he saw Richie. 'Massive imbecile' is what the curly haired boy wrote on a piece of paper as he shoved it into his pocket, just to utterly remind himself, though he wouldn't need much reminding once he'd put effort into talk to the boy with the abnormally massive glasses— Richie were sure something, that's for sure.. possibly autistic, huh?
★ Stanley, Richie, Eddie and Bill were standing on the somewhat.. damped polished wooden tiled gym floor, the floor damp from the janitor doing a half ass job on drying, yet they couldn't exactly blame the poor old man.. it were a whole GYM floor. Of course it were a massive space and some spots were certain to be left undried. Anywho— Richie were originally going to ask Eddie, his 'one and only true love' to come out onto the dance floor with him, until.. he paused, it seemed as if a girl, that girl being Myra had already gotten to the asthmatic boy.. great. Richie were sure going to sulk about this, the boy turned around and there was Stanley. Stanley let out an exasperated sigh as he rolled his eyes, but he then had spoken.
".. look, I'm only doing this because I feel bad, that.. Eddie decided to go with Myra." The curly haired boy had attempted to convince as he gripped Richie's hand softly, taking him down to the so called 'dance floor', once they had made their destination, Stanley gently placed a hand against Richie's waist, his free hand intertwined with Richie's own as Richie raised an eyebrow, but placed a hand against the taller boy's shoulder.
Stanley looked over Richie's outfit, God.. he looked ridiculous.
"you didn't even bother to wear a proper suit.. you're literally wearing a shirt that they plastered a suit print onto, Richie?" he questioned Incredulously at the boy's lack of dressing nicely despite the event.
